The design faculty of HAWK university of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim hosts an interesting presentation every Wednesday: Once a week they invite someone giving a talk about things around design. Like running your own business from another country, UI/UX design, design management and many many other topics. This time i had the opportunity to talk about my way from a design student to an art director to a freelance illustrator and handletterer. It was exciting to go all the way back telling the students what inner fights i had, how many doubts and which steps were for me to take. And of course it was a lot of fun.
We had a nice exchange and at the end i gave some good advices and encouragement. Cause i know as a student you might sometimes need some „wise words“. Thanks HAWk, it was a pleasure!
